What happens after you send this
We read it the same day in working hours. If you asked for a scorecard, we go and look at your site and your searches ourselves, then send it with the date and the method beside every number. We phone once to walk you through it. If we hear nothing we follow up a few times and then we stop. Say the word at any point and we stop that day.
