What we collect, and when

Your name, your business name, your website address, your phone number and a line about what you sell, when you send the form, WhatsApp us or phone us. Nothing is collected just for visiting this site, and we do not run advertising trackers.

What we do with it

We use your details to write your scorecard and to reply to you. We do not sell them and we do not hand them to anyone else for their own use. You can ask us to delete everything at any time and we will do it the same day.

Who touches it

Keith, and the systems that carry it: our mailboxes and the server log. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

While we are talking, and while you are a client. If nothing comes of it, the enquiry sits in our mailbox until you ask us to remove it.

How to make us delete it

Say the word delete, on any channel, and it is done the same day. No form, no reason needed.

How we got your email address, if we wrote to you first

If we emailed you first and you did not ask us to, you are entitled to know where we got your address. Ask us and we will tell you exactly, including which listing or directory it came from. Reply with the word delete and we remove you the same day.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to us contacting you. Ask on any channel and we answer plainly.
